One month has passed like a breeze!

Lenore was 4 weeks old as of 4:27pm yesterday. How quickly a month can pass! She left the hospital at a weight of 6lbs 8oz and her last doctor appointment set her at 7lbs 9oz. That was approximately a week and a half ago, so who knows how many more ounces she has packed on since then. Her skin is clearing up pretty well and she is getting to a point where she isn't just fussing or pooping or sleeping all the time, but actually looks at us and makes little noises.

She also smiles, like constantly. Lincoln didn't really smile all that much when he was tiny, but this girl is all about the smiles.

Finally, I posted new pictures from the baptism in their own album. To see random pictures from around the house and daily life, simply click on the slideshow at the right side of this page.

One more note

I have been working diligently on fixing the issues with the images from older posts that got messed up when I imported the older blog entries. I am finding that this is a bit more time consuming than I can be bothered with for now. Instead, I am going to remove those image links from the posts one at a time, as I have time to do so, and replace the whole mess with a series of links in a new post soon. This new series of links will allow anyone reading the blog to access all of the images I have posted.

If there is something specific you are looking for, I can make that available upon request, but from now on, everything should work properly.

Things are going swimmingly...pun intended

We bought a family size inflatable pool in the spring and I finally got it set up yesterday. Lincoln loves it. I could barely get him to get out when his little body was shaking from the cold.

Lenore was baptized on Sunday, June 3rd. It was a beautiful event thanks to our families. Aunt Pam made a beautiful gown for Lenny and she also was very helpful in taking lots of pictures. Gena's family made the long trip up to the church as well. After the ceremony, we all went for lunch at a local diner. All in all a wonderful day just like Lincoln's. I'm uploading the pictures tonight.

Father's day is coming up so I'll wish everyone (including myself) a very happy Father's day on Sunday. My family surprised me early with a brand new wheelbarrow! Thank you so much guys and girls!
